Come along to care home summer fayre this weekend!

Bowood Court & Mews care home in Enfield, Redditch, is inviting the local community to come along and share in the fun and games at this year’s summer fayre.

Redditch Mayor Councillor Joe Baker will be joining in the festivities as special guest at the event at the Hewell Road home on Saturday, July 16th, starting at 2.30pm.

There will be a variety of stalls, a host of entertainment including a tombola, raffle, a kids corner and much, much more for everyone to enjoy. Refreshments, including homemade cakes made by the home’s award-winning chef and her team, will also be available through the day.

The home’s activities manager, Dave Godrich, said: “We have a whole feast of activities and entertainment going on at this year’s fayre, and we’d love to see as many people from the local community join us for what we hope is going to be a fantastic day. Just need the weather now!”

Donations received will go towards the Residents Social Fund, which boosts the home’s lively social programme. For more information, please call the home on 01527 65115. You can also find Bowood Court & Mews care home Redditch on Facebook.
