The home’s chef, Jackie Gibbs, provides tasty and healthy home-cooked food and ensures that all dietary needs are catered for and meals are nutritionally well-balanced. Every day, cakes, pastries and cookies are baked for the residents and their families and friends which would be worthy of a high class patisserie.
