Whether attendees were currently supported by the home or exploring care options, the event offered an excellent opportunity to meet Tracy O’Sullivan, the dedicated Manager, and learn more about the care and services provided at Bowood Court.
The Meet the Manager event commenced at 10:00 AM and continued throughout the morning, providing attendees with the chance to engage with Tracy O’Sullivan and the wider team, ask questions, and get to know her better. Tracy was eager to meet with residents, families, and community members to address any inquiries they had.
For those who wished to discuss private matters regarding care, Tracy was available for pre-booked private appointments in the afternoon. To ensure personalised attention, the home encouraged individuals to schedule appointments in advance by contacting the reception.
Throughout the day, guests had the opportunity to enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and homemade cakes prepared by the award-winning kitchen team. This created a relaxed and welcoming environment for attendees to socialise and connect with one another.
