A superb place to live
We understand that placing the care of someone you love into the hands of others, or choosing to go into care when you can’t manage at home any longer, is a very difficult decision. Our whole team recognise that each resident is unique and ensures that our care and support is personalised to the individual’s needs. We promote independence and respect choice, privacy and dignity.
A superb place to work
We realise that the people working in our care homes are motivated by making a difference to our residents’ lives. We encourage this by valuing aptitude as much as qualifications when recruiting, providing on-going personal development and offering promotion from within. Our team has over 25 dedicated people who have been with us for between 10 and 27 years.
Meet some of our team
I founded the service over 30 years ago and enjoy close involvement. I've always ensured that our homes are of a quality that I would be happy for my parents to live in. Both my parents have stayed at one of our homes and I was so pleased that both were happy during their stay. It reinforced my pride in what we do.

With over 30 years experience of dementia care, my role is as much about supporting residents and team members as it is about supporting families and local communities.
