Christmas has come early for a care assistant at Moat House.
On being officially named as an Employee of the Year and scooping a £100 Christmas bonus, Nicole Last from Moat House said: “I enjoy working at Moat House and was very surprised to have been awarded Employee of the year!’
“I am proud to have been nominated and receive the award as it is nice to be recognised for the work I do,’ added Colleen Mckay, who was runner up but also received £50 on the spot for reciting the care home’s vision and values!
“Many congratulations to Nicole and Collen! As part of our aim of being a superb place to live or work, we operate a monthly Employee of the Month scheme. Each of our care home managers chooses to recognise the work of an employee and then at the end of the year, we select the overall winner at each home. This year, we also surprised our team with prizes for the‘Best Dressed’ amongst them at our glittering awards and Christmas party!”explained Adept Managing Director, Dave Lock.
