Christmas has come early for a care assistant at Douglas Court.
On being officially named as the home’s Employee of the Year and scooping a £100 Christmas bonus, Zara Hussain from Douglas Court said: “I work with a great team here at Douglas Court and I’m proud to be named their employee of the year,”

Each of our care home managers chooses to recognise the work of an employee and then at the end of the year, we select the overall winner at each home.
