Bowood Court & Mews Chef Tom Henderson-Watkins spoke to residents to ask for any special menu requests. To the delight of resident Maurice Crombie who had told Tom he used to love a hot and spicy curry and missed going to his favourite Indian restaurant, Tom made a hot and spicy curry for Maurice!
If the spices didn’t warm you up enough, this is sure to warm your heart…as Tom has also arranged for Maurice and four of his Bowood friends to go out for the night to his favourite Indian restaurant in Birmingham!
