Residents at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home have praised the Care Quality Commission (CQC) after its recent inspection rated their home as ‘Good’ in all areas.
“It’s nice for all of our carers hard work to be recognised by the professionals. It really is. Everyone here goes above and beyond, it’s like a family. Well done CQC for getting it right!” said resident Arthur Kimberley
“It’s great to see this home getting the praise it deserves. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else, from activities to the new facilities and of course the care team – it’s better than good in my eyes,” said Doreen Jenner
Inspectors visited Bowood Court & Mews in an unannounced visit in June and spent time speaking with members of the care team, residents and their relatives.
