Chetwynd House Hosts A Community Easter Egg Hunt That Has Everyone ‘Hopping’ with Delight

Residents at local care home, Chetwynd House in Chilwell, Nottingham enjoyed a visit from local children for an Easter Egg Hunt in the garden.

Young and old enjoyed the fun of an Easter egg hunt after children of resident’s families, Chetwynd’s care team and local community groups were invited to the care home for a grand search in the care home grounds.

Residents and team hid colourful, hand-painted eggs around the garden for the children to find. One resident, John (88) said “It’s so nice to see them all running around the garden looking for the eggs we have hidden, with big smiles on their faces. We are thrilled to be part of such a lovely day.”
