Chetwynd House Care Home scooped two awards for its Dementia Care and Team Commitment at the annual Adept Excellence Awards Gala Night.
The home who prides itself in providing ‘a superb place to live or work’ was recognised for its efforts over the past 12 months.

We recognise that dementia care can be complex and is unique to everyone. We put our residents’ needs at the heart of everything we do, promoting their independence, choice, and dignity,” said Kate Gilvear, Chetwynd House Manager.
