Celebrations Galore at Quadruple Awards Success at Bowood Court & Mews

Residents and team members are in the mood to celebrate having been shortlisted for TWO national industry awards AND scooping TWO Adept Excellence award in the space of a week.

Part of the Adept Care Homes group, Bowood Court & Mews Care Home in Redditch has been named as a finalist in the Laing Buisson 2018 Healthcare awards and in the National Care awards with glitzy ceremonies taking place later in the year.

Bowood Court & Mews also scooped an award for Dementia Care and Team Commitment at the annual Adept Excellence Awards.

“I’m so happy for everyone. We work hard to take good care of our residents, I’ve never worked with such a great team. It’s a pleasure to come to work!” said Cheryl, care assistant.

“Awards are great way to recognise and showcase the fantastic work and the dedication to residents that goes on daily in our homes. This year we approached our Excellence awards differently by asking for residents, their relatives and our own team to tell us which award Bowood Court & Mews should win. We were overwhelmed by the response which makes these all the more special. Everyone should be extremely proud with this awards success, ” explained Dave Lock, Managing Director at Adept Care Homes.
