We offer high standard of affordable care in a comfortable and compassionate environment. Our residents are encouraged to lead an enriched life, supported by our engaging social programme packed full of clubs, trips out and regular entertainment.
We have comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms and lounges and our pleasant sensory garden hosts patio seating areas and an aviary. Our friendly, well-trained, caring team ensures person-centred care for residents. Residents with dementia are supported with sensory areas, reminiscence activities and memory boxes.

We’re actively welcoming new residents to Douglas Court. Our team is ready to welcome new residents who need care and support and we are here to provide help and advice to ensure you find the right care for you or your loved one.

Our Activities
Our residents enjoy a varied and engaging program of activities and events, designed to enhance the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of all our residents. From creative activities such as painting, baking and gardening, to regular visits from entertainers such as singers, dancers and musicians, religious services and outings, our activities are intended to inspire and engage our residents as individuals and as a community.

Our Facilities
We have a great choice of lifestyle facilities within the home, including a hair salon where our residents regularly get together and enjoy a little ‘me time’.
With two separate restaurant-style dining rooms, our residents have a great choice of formal or casual dining options, and we take pride in offering high-quality food, chosen by the residents and prepared by our experienced catering team.

The home has a range of lounges and relaxation areas, residents can find the perfect mix of social interaction or privacy.
