Kiwi House Manager Goes Back to the Floor

1st May 2018: Dave Godrich, new manager at family-run, Kiwi House Care Home which provides award-winning affordable luxury, is showing his commitment to the highest quality care by ‘going back to the floor’.

Previously the manager at sister home, Douglas Court Care Home, Mr Godrich brings to Kiwi House a wealth of experience and knowledge of running a successful care home.

He explains more: “As the manager of Kiwi House, I feel it is vital that I fully immerse myself in all elements of our care provision and services. This will allow me to truly ensure that we continue to offer the very best quality to our residents.

“Joining members of our care team seemed the obvious starting point but I plan to spend time with our Activities Coordinators, housekeeping and catering too to ensure every element of our provision it exactly as I want it to be.”

Kiwi House resident, Joyce Bonser added: “It’s very good to have a manager that really cares and makes time to see how we are treated by the care team.”

“Residents at Kiwi House will most certainly benefit from Dave’s approach,” said Adept Care Home Managing Director, Dave Lock. “He’s got a proven track record as a home manager and I’m excited to see him lead Kiwi House and continue our pledge of being a superb place to live or work.”
