With only four weeks until Christmas Day (yes, really!) residents and their families at
Chetwynd House Care Home in Chilwell, Nottingham are getting very excited about
the prospect of a visit from Father Christmas. The great news is, they don’t have to
wait until December 24 for the jolly fellow to head to Nottinghamshire.
Despite it being his busiest month of his year, ‘Old St. Nicholas’ has put aside some time to
visit residents, joined by their families and friends for a magical morning of carol singing with
hot chocolate, meeting Santa, where you’ll have your photo taken and receive a gift (if
you’ve been good.)
The event will take place on Saturday 10th December 22, starting at 10:30am at Chetwynd
House Care Home, Slade Road, NG9 4GS. If you are interested in attending, please contact
our activities team today.
The award-winning kitchen team will be serving cereals, fruit and juices, as well as a full
English breakfast for everyone to enjoy with Santa and the elves. American-style pancakes
will be available with festive fun toppings for children followed by a decorate your own
gingerbread man activities.
