Residents at Kiwi House Care Home in Alvaston, Derby, recently enjoyed a wonderful taste of spring when two adorable lambs paid a very special visit to the home.
Rocky and Doug, from Grange Farm in Marston on Dove Hilton, arrived alongside Jasmine and quickly became the stars of the day as residents gathered to meet, cuddle and interact with the playful pair.

The visit brought smiles, laughter and plenty of heartwarming moments throughout the home, with many residents enjoying the opportunity to stroke the lambs, watch them play and learn more about their care and personalities. The calming and therapeutic experience sparked conversation, reminiscence and joy among everyone involved.
Animal visits continue to play an important role at Kiwi House, encouraging connection, engagement and wellbeing for residents through meaningful experiences.
