Competing against some of the top talent in care catering, Andy’s culinary expertise, creativity, and dedication to exceptional care dining won the judges over in the final held at Rugby College on Thursday, October 31st.
At the event, Andy showcased his signature Tuscan Chicken, a vibrant dish inspired by the warm flavours of Italy, along with an IDDSI Level 4 adaptation to meet the needs of diners requiring a texture-modified option. His winning creation combined taste, texture, and presentation, skilfully reflecting the competition’s focus on dishes that are not only flavourful but also adaptable, sustainable, and suitable for all dietary requirements.
