Christmas has come early for a care assistant at Kiwi House.
On being officially named as the home’s Employee of the Year and scooping a £100 Christmas bonus, Vicki Whareham said: “I am so pleased to work for such a company as Kiwi House, this makes me feel very valued,”
“Many congratulations to Vicki and to Matt who also received £50 as runner up at Kiwi House. As part of our aim of being a superb place to live or work, we operate a monthly Employee of the Month scheme. Each of our care home managers chooses to recognise the work of an employee and then at the end of the year, we select the overall winner at each home. This year, we also surprised our team with prizes for the ‘Best Dressed’ amongst them at our glittering awards and Christmas party!” explained Adept Managing Director, Dave Lock.
