1st April, 2018: Residents at all of our homes enjoyed a special Gardening Club opening ceremony to mark the official start of the club.
“We wanted to make the launch of our resident gardening clubs that bit more special, the events were hugely popular, and it was wonderful to see such creativity from the Home teams, we even had garden-themed food with Beetroot & Ginger brownies at Bowood Court & Mews and smoothie making with residents at Chetwynd House,” Rebecca Lambert, Hospitality Manager
“I think the Gardening Club is good and last year we grew carrots, peas and prepared them for cooking. When the weather is lovely it is so nice to be outside and seeing the tomatoes, strawberries and cucumbers grow.
